WORKING TOGETHER
Any work beyond the agreed deliverables is estimated and approved before it begins.
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, excluding holidays. Routine initial response target: two business days, not a resolution guarantee.
One ticket covers one distinct issue. Unused tickets and support minutes do not roll over.
Domain fees, email licenses, premium software and identified subscriptions are additional unless expressly included.
Published rates are starting prices. Final scope, provider limits, backups, ownership, renewals and cancellation terms are confirmed in the signed agreement.
